Male infertility is defined as male’s inability to achieve pregnancy with the fertile women.

Male fertility declines at much slower rate then female fertility. Pregnancy rate is decreased and time to pregnancy is increased in aged men. Furthermore, higher risk for miscarriage and chromosome abnormalities are associated with the increasing male’s age. About 1 % of men suffered from azospermia or total absence of spermatozoa in ejaculate. Abnormal semen test can be caused by hormonal and chromosomal abnormalities, undescended testicles, surgery on male genital system, varicocele, radiation and chemotherapy.
